Organized by PrintMatters
NEXT 2017, A Biennial of Contemporary Prints, showcases the juried works of United States artists. Work varies from lithography, relief, intaglio, monotype, or serigraphy. NEXT 2017 is the major exhibition of PrintHouston, the annual summer-long celebration of original prints, the artists who create them, and the people who collect them.
This year’s juror Nancy Palmeri is Professor, MFA Director and Assistant Chairperson of Art and Art History at the University of Texas at Arlington
PrintMatters is a Houston-based arts organization whose mission is to promote traditional and non-traditional printmaking, encourage print collecting, and facilitate the professional growth of their members.
